Logging in to the site
If you look in the left column, where it says "Neighbor Login", you should see a login area, or you may login here. You may login with your username OR your email address.

I forgot my password
If you forget your password, just go here and enter your username or email, and request a new one. Easy :)

I forgot my username / login
You may login with your username OR your email address. Your username is just your first & last name smooshed together... (John Smith's username would be "JohnSmith.") If you can't figure out your username, just login with your email address.

How do I sign up for an account?
Access to EganPark.com's password-protected features (our neighborhood directory, forum posting, etc) is limited to neighbors who currently reside in Egan Park. If you need an account, please take the time to read this: Join EganPark.com »

Where can I update my profile?
First, log in, and click on "My account." Then click the "Edit" tab. Here you can update your address info, add a bio, change your icon, etc.

How do I email the entire neighborhood?
Need to send an email to the entire EP neighborhood (but don't have the latest list of email addresses in your address book)? Login to the site, and go to "Email all Neighbors."

Where can I find the phone directory?
The Phone Directory is located here. There is also a phone directory icon in your user menu. (You must be logged in to view the directory).

Can I download a spreadsheet of all Egan Park contacts?
Yes. If you are logged in, go to the Phone Directory. At the top, you will see a little Excel spreadsheet icon and text that says "Download a CSV file (spreadsheet) of all Egan Park contacts."

How can I find the newest neighbors and welcome them?
There is a block in the left column on the site.... under "Active Forum Topics" you should see a new area called "Welcome, New Neighbors!"... This is a list of the newest neighbors in Egan Park (well, their usernames, anyway). You must be logged into the site to click on their profile. From there, you can click on their "Contact" tab, and send them a friendly "Welcome to Egan Park" email.

Where can I find the number for Code Enforcement, etc?
Please visit the Contact page for important phone numbers.

My "phone number / address / etc." is incorrect, could you change it?
You all have access to change your own information. When you are logged in, look for the "Hello, Neighbor" menu on the top left, just below the logo... you'll see a link called "My account"... this is where your profile is located. Click the tab labeled "Edit", and you'll see where to change your username, email address, password, picture, and signature. At the top of the page, there are two more tabs... "Contact Info" and "Misc Info." This is where you can change your address, phone numbers, bio, etc.

I don't want my "phone number / street address" listed on the site
You may edit your profile to change this... just add something like "N/A" where you want to remove your address or phone numbers. Please keep in mind, the Phone Directory is ONLY visible to your Egan Park neighbors who are logged into the site, and the info is not available to random visitors to our site.

I don't want to receive "New Content" notifications; Where can I change this?
Log in to the site, click on "My Account", and you should see a tab called "My notification settings." Click on that tab, and you can edit your settings there.
